Staff were amiable and best at any hour!!
Our a double room was cheap with a bathtub. The location seemed exceptionally nice close to the shopping area. Moreover, it's just off enough to plenty of restaurants as well as Fernandina beach.

Checked in and enjoyed the recently renovated rooms during my weeklong stay. the boutique style gave off a cool vibe. the hotel was quiet, safe, and well, kept, with professional staff and convenient on, site laundry facilities.
The staff was unhelpful and rude, making for a less, than, pleasant experience. the first room I was given was not up to standard, and when I asked for a different room, the staff member was dismissive and uncooperative.

Located just off Philips Highway, within walking distance to a gas station, mall, and food outlets. the rooms had gaps under the outside door and around the doorframe. the staff assisted in relocating to a safer place.
The laundry room was high priced, and the ice machine was frequently out of order.
